My Remote Work Policy

As a fully remote software developer, I'm committed to delivering exceptional work while maintaining a flexible and productive environment. Here are the guidelines I've set for myself:

Work Hours & Availability

I'll establish core working hours when I'm most productive and be readily available for communication with clients during that time.

Outside of core hours, I'll maintain reasonable response times to ensure projects move forward smoothly.

I'll designate specific times for focused work, minimizing distractions for maximum productivity.

Remote Work Setup

I'm responsible for providing my internet connection and necessary work equipment.

I agree to uphold strict security standards for all client data and will follow any required password or confidentiality guidelines.

Time Tracking, Reporting & Compensation

I'll use a time-tracking tool to accurately record my work hours OR I'll provide regular progress updates at agreed-upon intervals.

I charge an hourly rate OR I charge a flat project fee. All invoices will be submitted promptly, and I expect payment within state your deadline.

Client Communication

For initial project discussions and major updates, clients will interact with me directly.
